Gov. Cooper offers $25,000 reward for information in 2017 homicide

Gov. Roy Cooper announced Thursday that the state will offer a reward of up to $25,000 for information that helps solve a 2017 homicide.

Terry Allred, 33, was shot on Jan. 14, 2017, around 3:30 a.m. at the Grab-N-Go gas station at 637 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Greensboro.

Allred was transported to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
